You mean he doesn’t own all of the cars, watches and chains that he’s been flexing? Shocking

Here's an interview with the victim (or whatever).

LINK

Says he had/has a spinal injury from the altercation.

based on that looks like Shiloh was right and the victim's problem should be with deion. don't put your hand on someone if you aren't prepared to defend yourself.

legally he doesn't own them. he put them in an llc and if you have valuables you should too.

According to an article I found, Sanders beat a security guard at his HS, when he was 15 (2015). It went to court in 2022. The guy is supposedly really messed up from the fight and was awarded that huge civil judgement.

I didn't know that you can civilly sue someone for something they did as a minor, especially 7 years later. I would have thought that he would have sued the father shortly after the incidence.

There is likely a statue of limitations. I imagine it was filed near the end of the statue then the court system did what it does best - nothing - for years

think there’s going to be a group that would have otherwise stayed at the same school four years and possibly gotten a free degree, who will now bounce around multiple schools never graduating and then either not making an NFL roster, or making one for less than three years.

Idk why you think the type of person who bounces around multiple schools and doesn’t get a degree is the kind who would ever get a degree.

All the more hilarious he was shoving a rolex at the student section at one of their games. He's clearly a spoiled brat and show-off just like his dad.

Apparently they have a bad reputation in the Dallas HS football circles. Especially after Deion's epic failure of trying open his own version of IMG academy but ended threatening the CFO and screwing over all the kids. Somehow this guy ended up a HC of an FBS program. The attention has been good for Colorado's program though

I watched a YouTube interview last month and found out Darjean grew up in Baton Rouge and was drafted by the New York Yankees. Doesn't really add to the story but just don't even remember him being a baseball player in his high school years.

That is the wrong kid. This is the other one that plays safety and more than likely won't play a down in the NFL. That's why the judgement is crazy. He'll never make 12M in his career. I don't understand how he gets hit with a judgement like that. It might as well be 100M. He was never going to pay it. So what's the injured guy getting out of it and why wouldn't he sue the parent at the time?

I’ll tell you what Shilo should not do is attempt to hide assets from the bankruptcy trustee. They can drop a heavy hammer on him.

Oh that makes more sense. I was wondering how this would make impact his draft status but Shedeur the one that's seen as a future NFL guy.

Honestly same could be said about a lot of large civil suits outside of the ones dealing with large corporations

These young athletes wanna play in the big boy world, welp you gotta play by the big boy rules. It's no fun when the rabbit's got the gun.

These guns are screwed before the age of 21. Government destroys everything it touches.

Haven’t posted in this thread until now. You obviously can shed some light on this matter. Please do.
