I mean, neither is it at the end of games when teams are just fouling to send someone to the line, or when there's a foul away from the ball. Only time that gets called is when someone can get hurt from a dangerous play. Dwight sent a shoulder into a jumping Blake Griffin. Barnes wrapped up James Harden. If you can't see the difference in that I don't know what to tell you.

The Hawks did. And the suck now. It's not a hard concept. Even Hawks fans admit in the game threads that it looks like a different team.
