Yeah that's what I was trying to say. Not that Howard/Asik can't defend when both on the court.

Jordan Hamilton is a baller. I actually follow a good amount of Nugs games and George Karl hated him and he didn't look all that impressive under Shaw and became very unhappy. Love that he's already seeing so many minutes with us.

Playing the Heat tonight.

Both Dwight and Lin are game-time decisions. Anyone heard anything on Dwight's status?

When was the last time the Rockets had a team this good? Do you think this will be another 1st round exit?

The way things are going now it looks like the 1st rd miatchup will be LAC, POR, GSW, PHO, DAL, or MEM. The only team of that group that I would be worried about is LAC.

Rockets went 55-27 during the 07-08 season, but I honestly dont think that roster is as good as this one.

Rockets best ever record was 59 wins in 93-94, and they had a 57 win season in 96-97.

I really don't feel comfortable saying the Rockets will win their first round series. I mean the West is so tough. I think the Rockets will be favorites against everyone except for SA and OKC, and MAYBE LAC, but everyone else they would be the favorites I think

Rockets are 3-0 vs SA this season and that was when the injury bug was rampant through the locker room.

The lower seeds in the West are not far away from the top seeds. Memphis could very well make the ECF if they were over there. Same for most of the top teams in the West.

Looking at the schedule, I think we finish 14-6 which would have us going 56-26.

I'll never bet against a SAS team with Pop as coach and their big 3 still in uniform and healthy. It has been well established that he doesn't care about the regular season.

Now I would rather the Spurs than the Clippers or OKC, but after that, give me anyone else

The Rockets certainly could lose in the first round because the West is so tough.

But they could also reach the Finals. There is no telling what will happen because the teams in the West are so close.

I think Jordan Hamilton could be a huge lift off the bench come playoff time

No doubt. At the time of the trade, I was pretty much apathetic, since AB hardly ever saw significant minutes, and Hamilton was a backup as well. But damn he has been a big lift for us off the bench

After their absolute beatdown of the Pacers tonight, I could see this team in the NBA finals this year.
