But Kamara is picky about what he lends his likeness to, partnering only with companies where he sees a future working together.

Yeah...these commercials are hard to watch.

Good on him for saving his money though.

Spoke with him for over an hour one night. He is well spoken and has a business vision as good as his football vision. I was very impressed with him as I have met some knuckle head pro athletes.

AK41 is a roll model, and is the perfect example of learning from his dumb mistake and taking full advantage of his second chance.

Maybe I worded that wrong like he was from the hood or something. I've just seen interviews where he talks about her working multiple jobs and barely having enough money to get by.

The link in the OP never worked for me but I'm guessing its the same CNBC article I'm referring to?

It amazes me then to see docs like Broke and all these NBA players broke, when the NBA is the easiest sport to market yourself.

There's only 5 guys on the court and you aren't wearing a helmet.

Most NBA players shouldn't have to spend their salaries.

I doubt Tiger Woods has spent a dime from his PGA tour wins.

What companies does Kamara have endorsements with?

I honestly don't know and can't think of any ads I e seen him in off the top of my head. Except for maybe a milk commercial...or am I thinking of someone else?

I think he has his own flavor of Airheads candy.

Rickey Henderson may have been frugal, but he wasn’t financially astute. When he received his first million dollar bonus check from the A’s, he had the check framed instead of depositing it in the bank. The front office had to send someone to Rickey’s house to make him take the check off the wall and to the bank so the club could balance their books.

Same with Rob Gronkowski but people act like he’s dumb as rocks.

Its ok to be dumb as long as you know it and stay within your limits like Gronk. Being dumb but thinking you're smart is where people get into trouble.
