Saban says Alabama felt disrespected before SEC Championship Game against Georgia

"You guys gave us a lot of positive rat poison," Saban told reporters. "That rat poison that you usually give us is usually fatal. But the rat poison you put out there this week was yummy."

When you lose to an unranked A&M team and almost lose to three other .500 teams two of whom hold you to 10 and 20 points in regulation, you deserve to get written off.
Saban did what any coach worth a fifth of his salary would do: use it as “we’re being disrespected” motivation.

Media may have been selling the poison but most folks who watch college football each season did not take the bait.
We knew who was roaming that sideline for Georgia: a cheap used car salesman who has somehow conquered the art of blowing smoke up 5 star recruits arse for years and never delivers on whatever he sells them in their homes.

Kirby isnt even Coach O or Les Miles level yet.
He is a real illusion of success because he perfected the art of conning 18 year old football players who are studs into buying his empty promises.
That is only success he has to speak of. He is a real life phony. You know he can't coach but has elite talent that smashes lesser opponents and struggles every time against a team that can match him.
Remember LSU beat them in 2018 also at home when Georgia was far superior supposedly to LSU but laid a massive egg at Tiger Stadium. Why? Talent matched their own.
Saban's absolutely isnt a con artist whatsoever. Dude can coach like hell and has delivered his promises to these players since at LSU with titles.

or i guess we could go with lsu being the center of the world and act like that one game meant more than it does

That same LSU team suffered a four touchdown shutout loss at home later to a Bama team that struggled to beat UGA.
During Kirby's entire UGA tenure, he has gotten schooled by an SEC West team: Ole Miss, Auburn, LSU, LSU, Alabama, then Alabama. It's a problem that should concern the UGA AD and fans.
