Saban deserves all the flack he’s about to receive for his handling of Tua

CNS has been incredibly reckless with Tua and it finally burned him.

Usually quarterbacks finish the half in that situation but you can’t play Tua when he’s that injured

Tua should never had played today more less being in the game at that point!
Saban has to be held accountable

Why? The ATC deserves more than Saban. He told him he was good to play. That’s his job not Saban to decide if players are healthy or recovered enough to play.

But Saban can obviously pull him when the game is well in hand

It was a judgment call but no, Saban did nothing wrong. Any player can get injured on any play. That’s football. Letting your QB finish the half there, even if he wasn’t 100%, is pretty standard.

Anybody saying he should have sat him in the first half is dumb.

Now sitting him for the game is a different story. There’s some merit to that argument for sure.

Why? Because he didn't reinjure the ankle and got a totally different and unrelated injury?

Tua deserves all the blame for bloody nose he wasn’t even playing with chinstrap buckles or zipped up. Look at play before you could tell

Nope. He's been hurt on the same type play while being 100%.

He really shouldn’t have been on the field vs LSU either. Mishandled

If it's truly a hip and unrelated to the ankle everyone on here trashing Saban is out of their mind.

Is Saban supposed to be able to predict the future or something?

Did you see Saban's halftime interview?

Seemed pretty obvious that he was regretting his decision.

But he did manage to work in a "too bad."

that's very unlikely that there won't be some correlation

it doesn't take Nostradamus to predict a hurt player may get hurt if he plays

Saban is a dirtbag. We've always known this. Playing Tua injured should surprise no one.

Do y’all just not understand how sports work?

You go if you can go.

They don’t let you rest in a bed until an hour before the game and then guess if you’re good to go or not.

Every step he has taken has been monitored and assessed this week. He was good, and he played.

I understand that Alabama has hurt y’all’s feelings for a decade now but Saban isn’t the devil for playing Tua.
