Owners are definitely saying to themselves:

“You know, I could hire this white guy who might do ok. Or I can hire this black dude that might do ok.

I’m going to hire the white dude because I am racist”

That’s DEF what’s happening

Seems like teams are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

If it doesn't work out they are still called racist for firing black coaches or benching black quarterbacks.

The Colts just fired a white coach who had 3 winning seasons out 4. (He was fired too quickly this past season, to consider, IMO) And that was taking over a team in which Andrew Luck screwed unexpectedly retired and screwed them. He was 40-33-1.

If Reich was black the Ryan Clarks of the world would have been upset. Yet Brian Flores had a losing record at 24-25 and all we hear about that was race race race.

I have seen several Saints fans claim Dennis Allen and the Saints are racist for benching Winston. Yet that same team not only re-signed Winston, but they also went after DeShaun Watson with everything they had. QBs get benched. Even if we disagree with the decision it doesn't make it a racially based decision. Especially when you chose to bring him back and originally had him as the starter.

Ryan Clark says he doesn't want to be the one to bring up race, but it's all he ever does. It's all he has ever done. Around 2018 Ryan Clark said LSU had too many old white coaches. Never mind all the black coaches they did have, but LSU went on to have the greatest season ever after those comments.

His argument here is a bit flawed, because not many coaches ever win a Super Bowl. And also, he is trashing a previous coordinator, because his defense lost to one of the best offenses in football. In one game. After a tremendous season.

2 out of the previous 5 head coaching hires for the Cardinals have been black btw.

Ironic because the only reason he has a job is because he is black. Diversity and anger (masked as perceived passion) are the only things he brings to the table.

I think it’s because he’s black.

And it’s not that’s all thes owners are violently racist.

Why didn't Houston hire him during their 3 straight black coaching hires? Or Miami?

EB clearly fails entirely in interviews. Plenty of other teams have hired black coaches with less history/success than EB.

I just heard Florio say he thinks owners don't want to look like they were bullied by the mob. But, Florio is a woke pussy, so IDK.

I also heard Solomon Wilcots say that one owner told him Bieniemy doesn't really call plays.

The NFL is so underrepresented with black people.

How does he feel about players?

To be fair, he makes some decent points about their respective results to go along with his issue with race.

Compare him to a guy like Kevin O’Connell, Zach Taylor, Mike McDaniel, Matt LaFleur he’s more accomplished than any of those guys when they got HCing jobs and when given an opportunity with good QBs we’ve seen them be successful.

One of those guys is black, though.

Hurts your narrative.

I would never know what Ryan Clark or SAS say if it wasn't for the MSB

I dont pay no attention to them, and hope one day more people do the same.

Sammy is white but he’s a devout progressive, so he’s required to hate his own white skin. He also believes black students learn “differently” than students of any other race and therefore should be held to lesser standards and given special treatment. Pretty similar to segregationists of the 1950s, actually.
