You have defensive players saying Tebow is terrible when they can't even stop the fricking Seahawks' offense

Not to mention they allowed this "terrible" quarterback to drive 95 yards on them for a game winning drive last year.

I know

I just love the implosion we are seeing from this attention whore team. Like the last thread I started about ol'Rex crying in the locker room after the game last weekend. Love it

I imagine the receiving corps isn't too happy with the comments about them being hot garbage.

How's that dimension working out for them currently? Seriously, as bad as Tebow's numbers were last season they are no worse than the numbers Sanchez is putting up right now.

Actually, Tebow's numbers were worse. And he had Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas at WR. Jeremy Kerley is the Jets #1. He might not start for 20 or more teams in the League.

ETA: And I see someone already posted stats

Are you saying those numbers dont support my statement? Besides completion % where is Sanchez much better? Tebow has a better TD% better INT% better yards per attempt and completion etc. Sanchez gets sacked less.

The thing is, with Tebow behind the wheel, your defense has to be solid. He only attempted 126 passes in 14 games. That's extremely low. He just doesn't have the ability to be a passing QB in a passing QB league. However, seeing as how things are going now, frick it. Convert this offense into a running offense. I just don't know whether Rex can utilize Tebow the way John Fox was able to last year. John Fox does not get enough credit for what he was able to do with Tebow.

That whole tea mis a mess. Does Tebow suck? Maybe. But if this was the Saints, Pats, Giants, Packers, you wouldn't hear peep.

Why don't they just mix Tebow in as a fullback, blocking back, etc...he can handle it and contribute? And it could give Sanchez a second set of eyes out there.

Good teams don't want that fool. He comes with baggage.

Tebow needs to GTFO of NY. I want them to keep Sanchez because as long as he's starting for them they'll never amount to anything.

Tebow dominated every league he has played in including the SEC. Someone just needs to give the dude a shot and let him have 2 seasons as a starter. If he can't play then, fine, at least we all know. Until then, we're just going to be having the same conversations every season.

not reading all of this

but Tebow is not a good passing QB. Give it up.

Jets were a disaster before Tebow and will be afterward

but Tim needs to man up as well and become a player instead of thinking he is a QB. He's not. This isn't the NCAA

This is GREAT news for ESPN!

They've already gone into full on Tebow-24/7 coverage. Not that they ever stopped.

Wouldn't the fact the Jets have dogs hit for WRs be an argument FOR starting Tebow? Even if they had Brees or Brady at QB their passing game is limited. Use Tebow and the running game to keep Rex's awful defense off the field.

Plenty of players are good in college then suck in the pros, Tebow is one of many.
