His efficiency numbers just aren't very good - at all. He can take over a game, but he doesn't do it often enough or with enough consistency to justify being in that tier.

I dont think any list is a troll unless
A) Lebron isn't 1
B) Kawhi and/or KD aren't in the top 4
C) Steph, Harden, Westbrook aren't top 6
D) AD isn't top 10

There are a lot of guys who could be 7-10. The top 6 are all pretty close and cases can be made for really any order, I think, as long as you have those 6.
