Netflix documentary too probably

I mean, in 2021, the money is there for him to cash in on his status. He can go from being a lineman that even most football fans couldn't identify in a line-up, to letting all the big talkshows bid for interviews.

Purely from a greed standpoint, he'd almost be dumb not to seize the opportunity to cash in and set himself up as a "celebrity" outside of sports.

It’s amazing to me how everyone on this board has such a strong opinion about things like this. Lol
I read the link and thought, ok , the guys got a lot of shite going on and he took a day off work. I mean, whatever he wants to do is kool if the team is ok with it.

Then I look at the replies and it’s 4 pages of people calling him a queer and a fig .

I guess I’m just missing the big picture or something I’m not sure.

I’ll be honest, I really didn’t expect to read what I just read in these replies. I haven’t heard people call gay people figs in a long arse time. I thought people were past that

And yet he has been in the league for 6 years proving he very much is capable. What a dumb take

Has anyone considered Nassib was given a personal day without asking for one, and that the organization did so out of courtesy to get him away from the media?

...and all at once, he reinforced every stereotype about being gay.

Oof, and he’s a starter? Gay, straight, or Dragon-kin, those are shitty numbers.

It's a hard argument to make that people should look past someone being gay and not even consider it when the player in question made a point to publicly come out as gay a few months ago and now feels the need to skip a practice during a game week because of said homosexuality.

I've been watching football my entire life. Barring a death or birth in the family, I haven't heard of too many personal days.

Have you heard this anywhere? Or, are you just making it up because it makes Nassib look better?

A liberal doesn’t invite a scorned Steve Wynn (Major Republican Donor) and ex-Governor Sandoval (R) in the first two games of season one to light the Torch pregame at a new stadium.

What's funny is that so many of you got Al Davis and Mark Davis wrong. Nassib was able to come out because he played for the Raiders.

The Raiders being rebels is because they are Leftists.

Al Davis was from NY ( Jewish American) who would be appalled by Gruden & his supporters here. Davis pushed for League diversity going back to his AFL days & would be considered " woke" here.

Davis wasn't perfect , but it's amusing to see people here invoke his name . He'd more likely support / sign Kaepernick than tolerate " Gruden types".

Sugar, you are a black homosexual, correct?

What are your thoughts on Nassib needing a day off? I don’t see any of the black players taking a day off to deal with these emails.

Just curious where you stand.

He's in the NFL & tougher than you are & earns more money. He's not my damn teammate & I'm sure his Raiders teammates don't care. Guys take off all the time for various reasons.

Homophobes , like you , are upset that their backwards behavior isn't being tolerated as much anymore. Sorry.
