Hard to say, he only played a couple games or so as a Freshman at Washington. Went 24/42 226 yds 3Td/2 Ints

ETA: Also they really need a QB with some experience. Devin Powell played a game and a half as a freshman last year and nobody else on the roster has taken a snap at QB in college.

Devin Powell is better than him long-term. It's notable because his last name is Montana. What is underrated about the addition that most will probably not pick up on is that this is like the first JC transfer into to Tulane in forever for football.

I honestly didnt know Tulane took Juco transfers...at all. A lot of private schools don't.

I think this is the 1st in football since the 90's. They've had a lot in baseball and I can think of a recent one in basketball. This is the 1st in a long time for football though.
