This is a joke right? Pooka wasn't even an All American.

Kevin Faulk is your answer.

This is absurd. Pooka went over 3k his senior year and brought Hahnville to the state championship by his god damn self. Travis ettiene wasnt even close to Pooka as a highschool player. Yall better put some respect on Pooka's name

He's not the greatest RB in Louisiana. He's not even in the top 10. How's that for respect?

Post stats and level of competition- you cant win there.

Post highlight tape- you defintely cant win there. He made 5a look foolish his last 2 years.

Like I said, put some respect on that man name.

He carried a mediocre Hahnville team to the 5a championship game by his damn self.

Warrick Dunn and Gary James were incredible in high school

Except Dunn was a QB in high school. Kevin Franklin was the RB and regarded higher than Dunn coming out of high school.

I was young but I think Terry Robiskie had a nice high school career. Also anyone remember David Christmas?

Jason Miller, 2001 Louisiana Mr. Football, should have at least been in the bracket. I know he played for a 2A school, but he was unstoppable.

quote:

[The] 6-foot, 205-pound Miller rushed for 2,859 yards and 46 touchdowns as a senior (2001 season) and finished his career with 6,589 yards and 104 TDs.

Williams had 210 yards rushing in that game.

Debating who is the best running back is difficult. Offenses have changed so much. But Hahnville was an average team with a wide receiver playing quarterback.
Passing plays were an adventure that year.

As someone who saw Cecil Collins in high school and didn’t see Pooka...there is no way you’d ever convince me pooka was better. Absolutely no fricking way.
