I was at the Thursday & Friday rounds in 2011. Even with all the words people say about Augusta being beautiful, even with the OP's pictures, NOTHING compares to being there in person. Two of the best days of my life, and it was all free! (Brother-in-law gift). Got to meet Phil, Freddie, Stricker, Jason Day, and Emmitt Smith. My goal is to take my sons one day

Probably not a whole lot more people. The tickets are sold out for every day, so unless they allow more people in for competition rounds, it'll be similar. The difference would be that everyone there on Sunday is trying to watch the leaders.
