Big Ten officials are expected to discuss a league wide mandate to not play Texas Tech in any sports. Nebraska and Georgia have already announced that they are not scheduling Texas Tech.

Texas Tech doesn't want to play them anyway. If the Southland announces a ban then they might feel it.

Big 10 is going to stand on principal for something?

This needs to happen. I am still stunned that the old Judge and the administration at TT thought this was a good idea to even try and get this approved and it actually happened. The rest of the other schools need to take a stand. If I was Sorsby I would just say I am not playing and hope to hell that the NFL has some forgiveness for him and he can get a shot in the supplemental draft or some tryouts...

Remember when they announced the alliance with the PAC-12 and ACC to try to ice out the SEC then they killed the Pac-12 a year later?

Does taking steroids even matter anymore at this point? What’s to stop anyone from doing whatever they want if a local judge can grant them eligibility?

That's just it...you know you are an a-hole when the Big 10 of all people takes a moral stand against you.

The side shots at the B1G are warranted, but they’re on track here. I hope the SEC follows.

Unless this includes playoffs, this means nothing.

Serious question.

What will they do when a judge makes them play?

I agree. The CFP committee needs to publish eligibility requirements for inclusion that include the NCAA’s gambling rules.

Exactly. The conferences and CFP need to throw everything at Tech to make them tap out. Tech can't get an immediate injunction against every action.
