Pete Carroll is probably the 2nd best college coach in the last 15 years, harbaugh is top 5 as well. Both these guys are top 5 nfl coaches right now.

If you feel like Carroll or the Harbaugh are both TOP 5 coaches then you must think Andy Reid is above them because he has done what they both done but for a longer period. All that matters when talking about the best is Super Bowls.

Why is Payton always in these polls apart from being an invitation to Saints fans?

Everyone would take Harbuagh...Hell, a lot of people think S.F. is still the best team in the NFL.
Just had to go through Seattle in Seattle.

I agree & think SF is the best team, but they aren't in the Super Bowl and didn't win their divison. So if it isn't the players? Payton would have the 49ers headed to their 3rd straight Super Bowl.
