I'm biased, but Pete Carroll for me. All three are great coaches though.

In this order: Harbaugh>Payton>>>>>>Carroll. Obviously Payton is the better offensive mind but, all things being equal, I'd take Harbaugh as head coach (even though he's a huge douche). Tons of other coaches I'd hire before Pete Carroll.

Pete's got a better college resume than Harbaugh and an almost equal NFL resume and if he wins the SB in two weeks, his NFL resume will almost equal Payton's.

I guess Carroll's paper championship is ok, but the fact that Harbough didn't leave Stanford on fire is a plus for him.

Herp derp! No you didn't. And now you've gone back and changed your first response because you couldn't back it up. You're just an uninformed hater. Own it, brah.

The NFL needs Pac 12 coaches to coach up all the SEC talent.

So now posters here like USC and feel bad for them?

Do people forget that Carroll interviewed for NFL gigs EVERY FRIGGIN YEAR after his second year there? Everyone knew he was going back to the pros. The guy was offered an insane deal by the Seahawks.

Carroll didn't leave USC is shambles, the NCAA left USC in shambles. No one thought they'd get hit that hard, because frankly, they didn't deserve to get hit that hard.

This is what everyone seems to forget. Pete didn't skip out of town because SC was about to get hammered, the truth is no one had a clue what the sanctions would be. Most assumed SC would get off light. Even people that despise SC were a bit shocked we got hit so hard. Anyone that says they knew SC would be docked 30 schollies is freaking liar.

Still amazed SC's managed 2 ten win seasons in all this mess. Not so amazed that there are some seriously ill-informed CPC haters though.

Nobody as good as him..... The bottom line is LSU fans that hate Carroll would LOVE to have him as a coach if Miles left.. If they don't they are stupid....
