Lack of Patrick Beverly will not be why they lose this series. He is just an effective goon. Rocks need Harden to step up and they will be fine.

Refs wee TERRIBLE, but not just one way. They botched that game so bad no way to tell who really got screwed

Refs make bad calls every game, Houston had plenty of chances to win the game regardless of any of the calls made on the court. That's the case for any game, not just the game last night. imo. Blaming the refs for a loss is a bitch move, imo.

Refs were horrible both ways. Portland almost got screwed at end of regulation; the tech on Lopez and then the missed 6 step by d. Howard come to mind.
Then in overtime, I felt like they wanted Portland to win it.

He played 3 weeks after a torn meniscus. He didn't have ACL damage prior to last night. I wouldn't be surprised if he does now though. Either way, the series is Houston's for the taking. IF big IF they lose it won't be bc of Beverley.

We don't have to, but Asik had a good bit of success against him earlier in the year. He got into foul trouble in early in this game.
