Correct. Since 1999, the Steelers hold a 25-23 h2h edge with the average ppg being 20.3-19.7 in favor of the Ravens. Furthermore, since Harbaugh took over as Ravens HC in 2008, the average margin of victory for the winning team is 7.1 PPG. That's the lowest margin of victory for any division rivalry. The Colts-Texans have the second lowest margin of victory for a division rivalry over that same time period with an average margin of 7.7 PPG deciding their matchups.

Get back to me with the Packers-Bears rivalry when the number of personal fouls in the games between them gets within 500 of the number in Chiefs-Raiders games since the AFL was formed.

When my college football fandom started in earnest in 2011-2012 it made me realize all the nfl rivalries are a joke. And are becoming more of a joke each year. You’re exactly right. All the players are friends. They realized if they just put on enough of a show it doesn’t matter how intensely they feel about winning or not. They get paid either way.

NFL rivalries were never on par with the biggest Colleges ones, but Free agency & high roster turnover has made them even less intense. Only 9 or 10 Eagles starters remain from their SB win. It nearly seems like a revolving door for many teams when you check rosters from year to year or over a 2 year span.

Before free agency guys played together longer & I'm sure playing twice a season ( 3 times if playoffs) created some animosity.

I cannot wait until Rodgers is gone. Packers can go back to being 80s and early 90s Packers and just sucking.

Just because you said that, Zach Wilson is going to fall to the Packers, get drafted, sit behind Rodgers for three years, then become the next great Packer franchise QB. All because of your statement.

This win brings the Packers to 44-13 in the series going back to 1992

Yeah the series is only 101-95-6 in favor of the Packers.

Because of their success in the 60s and their success since Favre came aboard people forget the long stretches of shite in Green Bay.

After they won the SB in 1967 they only made the playoffs twice until 1992 and only won like 1-2 playoff games total before they won the SB in 1996.

That's almost unfathomable to think of because how good they've been for the most part for about 30 years.

ETA: I guess my point is that this rivalry has been very streaky with several dominant runs by one or the other. Maybe not something you'd expect for such a close overall series record.

Chiefs are 44-19 against the Raiders since 1990

And we only had a Favre/Rodgers caliber quarterback for 3 of those years

Chiefs and Broncos is 67-55 (advantage KC). But KC is on an 11 game win streak since 2015 .

I had no idea they had that big of a streak over Denver.

I mean the all time series is still extremely close at 101–95–6. This is how the rivalry has gone. Normally one side dominates a decade

The problem is that the Packers are closing in on 3 decades of dominance. The Bears dominated the 80’s, they both largely sucked in the 70’s, and the Packers dominated the 60’s.

So in the last 60 years, the Bears only have the 80’s

The most heated it's ever been was back when I was a kid in the 80s and the Bears dominated. Ditka throwing his gum at a fan, Charles Martin with his hit list towel and body slamming McMahon. It was nasty back then.

Also I just realized from watching a few highlights of those games that people in the 80s never really wore team gear to the games.

yeah, in the 80s it was nasty. Bulls also had the Pistons then the Knicks. doesn't seem like there are too many rivalries like that anymore.

Absolute truth. Pro sports "rivalries" are a joke these days.
