I have read the 2009 report. And it does not in anyway support the statement

“Urban Meyer knew smith beat his wife”

It just doesn’t podnuh

Zach Smith always denied anything physical happening in 2009

Urban only stated he knew of the allegations/incident, and wanted the couple to get help
With counseling

I honestly am wondering if y’all have reading comprehension issues, are are just hoping for the statements you are making to be true

There are over 50 city and municipal townships/police departments in the Columbus metro area.

Pretty sure Urban even said what was reported didn't happen, so the opposite of an admission that he knew Smith beat his wife, it seems.

Yes he did shel

They have no clue what they have read, or what I think is more likely, they have listened and gotten their info from radio host that have no clue what they are talking about

The actual writer that broke the story, McMurphy, has been clear to say urban only knew of allegations of abuse

I’m not contending this as unequivocal fact but there’s so much smoke surrounding this dude over the course of 9 years there’s bound to be fire, the circumstantial evidence implies he is what the public thinks he is Im all for due process but at some point we have to apply logic to things currently because we aren’t a jury in a courtroom, we are public opinion. It doesn’t look good for Smith on any front plus he’s currently defending against a protective order violation, it is what it is.

Ex parte protection orders are not that difficult to obtain.

Without any notice being provided to the person that the order would go against and no counter evidence being given.

I've believed that ex parte orders are unconstitutional long before this situation

Thing is it doesn’t matter what you and I believe about ex parte orders Bc they’re currently permitted in this country so It is what it is, him violating a court order only adds to the negative perception of him and that’s been my point all along in saying this

They restrict a person's ability to have firearms without being able to defend themself in court.

The US Supreme Court has never ruled on it to my knowledge, so having that belief isn't that far fetched.

Educate yourself.

Though it didn’t address my edited post, that’s actually a good point and I’d agree with you in its unconstitutionality in that vein

Well dang, he denied beating his pregnant wife. I wonder why, I guess he must be innocent then.

ETA: What was Zack Smith fired by tOSU for? That's right, beating his wife.
