Whatever team Allan plays for is at a distinct disadvantage.

Are you just forgetting about Herbert?

No. Herbert has a rocket launcher. Moore in college does things off platform and fits the ball in places that Herbert didn’t in college

Moore’s back shoulder placement is the best I’ve seen. Herbert didn’t throw as catchable of a ball. Moore can manipulate the launch angles more too.

One other point, Herbert was good despite Cristobal and Arroyo running that offense.

:couldn’t tell you what team these QBs play for :|

Context clues alone tell you it's Penn St and Oregon.

Yeah Moore is better than Herbert as a college player. Herbert was clearly more physically talented but had serious accuracy issues in college and also had to deal with Mario's terrible coaching.

Penn State's defense is nasty, but the offense still lacks any playmakers on the outside.

I'm really looking forward to this game. Penn State consistently has a strong defense, and playing at Penn State is always a challenge. That said, I believe Oregon’s offensive firepower...there are simply too many talented playmakers, which will be the deciding factor. Oregon will come out on top.

I have loathed Franklin since his last days at Vandy.
Specifically the way he was not questioned about his leadership after his players drugged, raped and photographed the rapes of that co-ed and then shared the film and someone advised destroying the film both in Nashville and in California.

This a white out?

Seems a bit early for that but they don't have OSU or Michigan at home I don't think around halloween.

That white out is scary for anyone.

I'm optimistic. It'll be great to hear opposing fan bases retroactively claim this to be not a BIG GAME, but I won't lose any sleep if the Ducks win. Wish I could've made it back this year, have a great time!

Oregon should win. Allar is trash against good teams with a pulse of a defense.

While true, Oregon's run defense isn't great so far. Could have been a bad game against Northwestern but gave up 200+ if you pull sacks out. That is what PSU wants to do in a game like this, control the ball and the clock. They have good RBs who can pound the rock.

I think Oregon wins but that is the PSU strategy to winning

I saw the Badgers play there once. A couple things:

- It's middle of nowhere, but pretty country
- Fans are pretty cool, one gave me my first ever yeungling pregame
- The town is REALLY small so many come in with their RVs...they go on for what seems like miles
- The stadium is intimidating, I think it's the loudest I've been in and I've seen the Badgers play in 11 of the B1G stadiums (no Nebraska, Rutgers, etc)

Oregon gave up 79 yards on one run with the 3rd team defense.

Also, Lanning was defending 12 personnel with nickel and once they went to base it got shutdown.

Oregon has dared teams to run.

Penn State fan here. White outs are very hard to play for the opposing team. The Ducks having to travel to PSU across time zones isn't going to help either. Allar has looked like trash all year but the offense is going to be centered around the two running backs. I expect Penn State to try and establish the run to open up the passing attack.

Oregon needs to get yardage on first down. If they get to 3rd and long the pass rush is going to eat them alive. They have to jump out to an early lead and not let the fans into the game. One of the hardest environments to play in.

The biggest advantage for Oregon is Big Game James Franklin. He is absolutely terrible when facing a top 6 opponent. I think something like 2-20. James against top 10 teams is 4-20 and versus top five teams he is 1-15.
