How the hell did the Ducks miss an open net?

The Stars kinda bullied the Wild down the stretch.

Also, can espn not do better than PK Suban? He comes off stupid and dresses like a fig.

That’s quite honestly the biggest difference to me between this Stars team and the Deboer teams; physicality. Dallas just looks so much more physical and “we don’t take any shite from anyone” than they did before.

What's with all the empty seats in Carolina? It's double OT and people have left? Wow.

Apparently a bunch of people left after the non-goal and couldn't get back in

When Bicshel turtled last year against Corey Perry, I felt it was time for DeBoer to go.

With the Phillies playing like absolute dogshit, the Flyers are sure making up for it.

He's always dressed like a moron. But I don't dislike Subban all the way around. He does know what he's talking about, and offers decent insight. Hiyeva, as much as I like Steve Levy and Mess, the TNT show is far superior. Liam McHugh is an excellent host, and I could listen to Lundqvist talk about goalkeeping forever.

He was the only guy who said that Ullmark was actually a benefit for Ottawa, and he's kept the Sens in it. Carolina is too good for Ottawa overall, but it's not Ullmark's fault.

For sure. Dallas just feels so much different. It's not Jamie Benn having to play the sheriff role all the time anymore. Robo is throwing checks, Wyatt is even getting in those post whistle scrums. That doesn't account for Blackwell and guys like that throwing some big hits and muscling people off of pucks as well. Game one was the outlier to me and it really looked like the Stars were starting to physically bully the Wild, particularly in the third period last night. It was good to see Dallas' scorers show up in Robo, Duchene & Johnston last night as they kind of would disappear at times under Deboer. I cannot wait for the rest of this series to play out as last night was about as good as playoff hockey gets.

The TNT pregame/postgame and intermission show is great but their in-game commentary could use some improvement. However, it is miles better than ESPN.

Subban's clothes are insane, but his hockey knowledge is good. I like Steve Levy in general. Messier offers good insight from the mind of a player/champion but you can tell he doesn't watch much hockey now as his takes are way off base when he talks about many of the players.

Couldn't agree more. Mess obviously knows what it takes. But he doesn't have a great grasp on the current players and game. He's definitely trading on name at this point.

Would love to have someone more recent in that role. What's Justin Williams doing? That guy was the glue for many a cup team. I think Getzlaf would be great in that role, as well.

I kinda did the same thing. Turned it off after the goal and went to sleep.

So much for my belief that these guys don't fight in the playoffs. That was a haymaker

Yeah this is way more fighting especially this early
Usually the fighting happens when a team is up 5-0 in a game to try and set tone for the next
