I understood it as he was appealing their decision and that's why he's still there. But he can't leave the quarantine hotel. If he wanted to go home, he could do so whenever he wants.

Btw, I noticed I got a couple downvotes on my “bless your heart” post about him juicing. I couldn’t give less of a shite about the downvotes (or the “juicing”), but I’d like to clarify. I like Joker. I think he’s the GOAT. I like all the big 3 and think they’re the top 3 of all-time, and we’re lucky to have witnessed this era. But they’re all 3 doping like it’s the Tour de France. Even Lance Armstrong thinks what they’ve been doing is extreme. If you can’t see that, that’s on you.

It’s terrifying. Dude is a multi-multi millionaire, arguably the best tennis player of all-time, super classy and professional (regardless of how he was early in his career), and like a 6-time champion of their country’s greatest championship in the social media era of 2022, and they still feel emboldened enough to basically hold him prisoner and cut off his communication to the outside world is absolutely fricking terrifying.
