I love the yearly “Notre Dame isn’t good enough to warrant their ranking” thread

Didn’t we do this last year before they made a run to the title game?

Since you guys LOVE to talk about the past didn’t ND beat the SEC champ last playoff? According to you guys that should get them a free pass to a 1 seed for the next years because no one can beat an SEC team let alone their Champion without essentially being an NFL team.

Completely not true. PSU had irrelevant SMU, then overmatched Boise… then lost to ND. Texas had a joke ACC Champ Clemson, then had to go to OT against mediocre Arizona State… then lost their next game to OSU. ND beat Indiana, then SEC Champ UGA, then Penn State, before losing to Ohio State.

But thanks for making NawlinsTiger’s point exactly, especially when you thought you probably cooked.

Try to make that sound anywhere close to reasonable all you want. The fact is ND are losers. They were losers with Kelly, worse losers with Freeman despite him being handed the keys to completely functioning top to bottom organization. Every team with a pulse ND plays, they lose to. They are totally irrelevant

So irrelevant a board in South LA had numerous threads started on them over the course of the season by people who aren't even fans. Nice melt sir.

This thread proves we desperately need ND in the Playoffs to spice things up instead of Louisville or another so-so SEC/Big10 team, .so much chatter on both sides of the fence regarding Notre Dame and Disney knows this.

Pitt lost to West Virginia and I admit we are basically a college football version of an NFL expansion team! (And I yes I know Pitt has a new QB)

Although I will find it amusing if they somehow win the ACC and make the playoffs for two reasons:

1. It will prove the ACC is a joke
2. Pitt will get crushed by whoever they play in the first round.

The most fraudulent thing I see is Indiana not being unanimous number 1.

if LSU played Notre dame's schedule I think they would have the same record as Notre dame except they might could have beaten Miami (I doubt it though)

Notre Dame would beat LSU by 2-3 scores in any venue.

The ND cult members are out and about today. I guess yall finished up helping to relocate some pedo priests today and here you are. ND is a cupcake. Freeman is a loser. ND will will continue its march into its 4th decade without a title.

mal doesn't watch Notre Dame, nor saw them lose (controversially) to #3 by 1 point on the last play. So take it with a grain of salt.

yes I did......so just cause you have seen them play and they are great they deserve to be in the current top 12 with 2 losses over teams in the sec? absolutely STUPID. the season isnt even over and they have already lost twice.if they make it at the end isnt relevant now to this ranking. there is 0 way to justify it and if you try your wrong

your smarter than this. the scheme was already in motion when ND was 0-2 or 1-2 whatever after AM and they were talking them up for the playoffs back then

Not sure why people complain about Notre Dame playing them in the 4 team playoffs was like getting a bye. In the last 25 years how many competitive BCS/4 Team Playoff/12 Team playoff games has ND been in? Two? Their record in those games is something like 2-10 with most being blowouts.
