Yeah if he sues his way into the draft, NFL teams will definitely be clamoring to pick him

(Which will set up Kessler's next lawsuit alleging collusion)

He should just accept that his draft stock is fricked and go train for the combine/pro days in 8 months. Even if he wins a suit against the league another lawsuit won't help his stock.

He should definitely go JUCO and play his balls off and "show" the league he is recovered and really good, can take his punishment and humble himself

Sounds like they are idiotically going another way

The League does not have the complete record of the NCAA’s investigation, and you did not provide any such materials with your Petition. Available information nonetheless indicates that, over the course of your collegiate career, you knowingly engaged in repeated and significant violations of NCAA rules designed to preserve the integrity of athletic competition. Reported conduct includes placing wagers on your own team and teammates and, to avoid detection, establishing or funding accounts in the names of intermediaries who placed bets on your behalf. There are also reports that you may have violated state criminal law.

Your Petition does not address these matters. Nor does it demonstrate accountability for your conduct or indicate whether, or how, you would adhere to the League’s rules and policies governing the integrity of competition. Instead, even after receiving notice of the NCAA’s decision rescinding your college eligibility in May, you sought to avoid the consequences of that determination through litigation rather than accepting responsibility for your actions, and you pursued entry into the NFL only after abandoning those efforts.

So does the TTech Tard Army claim the NFL is in on the anti-TTU conspiracy or are they pulling a secret heel and supporting TTU by guiding him back to Lubbock?

He may have played the short game well but I don’t think he took into enough consideration how much this would affect his ability to play after TT

I guess it's all he can do now. I don't think he'll win this one beause it would be in federal court. he can't find a hometown judge for this lawsuit. Regardless, a player hasn't actually been selected in the supplemental draft since 2019 and pretty much everyone in semi-recent history who has been selected was dismissed from their team for substance abuse (PEDs or drugs) or academics, not gambling. I think the letter from the NFL states it all. Gambling is not tolerated by anyone except a favorable state court judge. And Sorbsy very obviously wants to take no accountability for what he did. Suing people to avoid culpability is not the path

What an awful idea to do this before you even get to the league this is going to make him nuclear toxic to any team that would even taken a flyer on him. Plus, HE'S NOT THAT GOOD.

His issue w/the foreign leagues is they usually have limits on how many Americans are allowed on the team. It's going to be hard to find a team willing to take a risk on a known gambler.

Even the betting sites he used wouldn’t touch him now.

I hope he bet all his NIL on NC last night

Showing out in juco doesn't mean much in general. If he was coming back from a torn achilles then it might but it doesn't show you're recovered from a gambling problem. If he gets hurt or struggles in juco it's disastrous.

Your Petition—filed three business days before the deadline, without any supporting information or documentation, and only after abandoning your recent litigation efforts to avoid NCAA sanctions—does not provide a basis for the League to alter those plans. The issues presented by your Petition are too significant, and too closely tied to the League’s core integrity interests, to permit meaningful review within the timeline presented.
