Like when they told the Packers and Eagles to get their arse out there on that raggedy field before the Brazil game and Love did get hurt. Guess where the NFL is carrying their asses right back to this season and this time it'll be Mahomes on that field.

Who was the guy that tore his ACL playing beach flag football in the pro bowl one year? Robert Edwards I think. There’s no way NFL guys are going to risk their careers for this.

You sure about that? Plenty of NBA guys risk their careers to play in the Olympics.

Someone on Dan Patrick said only one guy from each team can play. Anyone seen anything about that out there?

ESPN

Guess that means only one player from each team on Team USA, and every other country's team.

They definitely will. It's the Olympics in LA and they're going to fall out of bed into an easy gold medal in the potentially one time chance for anyone to have a gold medal in flag football.

Oh boy!

The real Randy Savage wouldn’t be so scared at the idea of laughing at that athlete earnestly bragging about winning a gold medal in flag football.

Ratings won’t be a problem for the NFL.

Lets be real. If they get even backups, current NFL players in their physical prime will be able to go half speed and still smoke every other team in the world 100 times out of 100.

This is a gift of a gold medal to the USA. Take it and kick arse.

I would be somewhat surprised if Mahomes wants to play flag football for the US Olympic team....flag football is about speed and MaHomeBaw ain't very fast.

Why not? The WWNFLOL is basically flag football now anyway.

The dudes that play in that “pro” flag football league will not be happy about this.

The real Randy savage would recognize excellence and knows that the cream always rises to the top and would respect the cream instead of sitting at his computer talking nonsense

There's still a certain prestige to winning a gold medal, and this one should be easy for the Americans.

Neither will make the team with Allen and Lamar

Now imagine that's Patrick Mahomes adding a gold medal to all his Superbowl rings.

From a flag football standpoint, Jayden Daniels would be a far better choice.

Nah... you don't need good contact to bring someone down, you just catch a flag. Lamar becomes a sack machine
So does Josh Allen.

I'd say Burrow, give him Jefferson. Find him a Chase clone, then someone like Kamara or McCaffrey at back. And let him 90% completion up and down the field.
And TRY not to kill someone accidentally, like with Brock Bowers instinctively dropping his shoulder on the incoming French safety
(which you know will happen at least once)
