So I guess even after the regular season he had, the Vikings figure they'd rather roll with McCarthy? Or do they expect to bring in a veteran to compete?

DANIEL JONES is already there.

Will have a similar transition like Darnold in a sense..

O'Connell is a system guy. If you buy in and run it, you'll end up with 3 years 110 like Darnold just did.
