Damontre Moore- DE Texas A&M= we need someone who can get after the QB,plain and simple. Someone with SPEED of the edge DAMMIT!!!
Drafting a corner couldn't hurt either really. We have had poor tackling in the secondary. I think Dee Milliner could be a good pick if we went that route.
I also like Sharrif Floyd, the defensive tackle from Florida. We'll need someone to replace Sedrick Ellis who has really flamed out. We did pick Akiem Hicks this year,plus we have Broderick Bunkley. But adding a new disruptive presence in the middle to join them would be nice. We need help everywhere on defense

Saints should take whomever is the best LB or DT available. Ideally, Jarvis Jones but he is likely off the board by then

I want Sam Montgomery. Strong against the run, but can really get to the QB. Has 5 sacks on the year, but i think he can definitely get at least 8, had 9 last year. Fits well into the Tuck, Umenyiora, Pierre-Paul mold that Spags wants in a DE.
Werner is having a ok season outside of 4 sacks against Murray state. Moore is good, but I also want the saints to win a few more games, and I think Sam Montgomery will still be there in the 10-12 range. Who dat

I'd love to see the Saints with an OLB that can rush the QB...i.e. Jarvis Jones. If we can't get him, I don't see another OLB that high a pick. I'd go DT with Lotulfel (kid from Utah) or Hankins. You think Short (from Purdue) will go first round?

I still want Shariff Floyd. I think he would be a perfect fit in the new 3-4 at the five technique. Will Smith might be gone and there are some questions as to where some of our current players on the D-line would fit in this new defense.
Lotulelei would obviously be the #1 guy I'd want but he'll be gone. But shite... it looks like Floyd is starting to get more attention and is moving up on the draft boards.. frick.
