They already solved this? That seems quick.

Is he going to get the Pitino "failure to monitor the program" punishment?

If this is how this whole thing ends, that's pretty funny.

LSU would have fired Harbaugh last week over this.

There is so much dead weight in that office in Indianapolis.

3,165 Fat Cats with comfortable jobs living in America’s most boring city that just profit off student athletes and the Universities work without ever wanting to make any decisions that are hard or rock the boat.

Pathetic but not surprising.

I sense a lot of fear in these OSU fans. They know that their team is fraudulent and that a beatdown is coming on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Let the downvotes come, but everyone knows that Michigan is the best team in the Big 10 and that OSU fans are so invested because they know they're not good enough to beat Michigan, so they will blame it on this "scandal."

the fact that people think they will come down on Michigan this season is laughable.

They are a very powerful university with lots of money and influential alumni. This will drag on

Yeah thats not the whole story bud.

quote:

The NCAA’s findings do not connect the in-person scouting and recording of opponents’ sidelines to Harbaugh, sources say, an absence of evidence essential to a potential lawsuit from the school and coach against the league.

And he still can be punished by the B10 if they choose.

quote:

Meanwhile, the NCAA is investigating Harbaugh and the Wolverines for recruiting violations committed during the COVID-19 dead period. It’s likely the two cases will be joined and ruled upon, the former NCAA official said. That could complicate and expand any penalties.

“You’re looking at not just head-coach failure to monitor but institutional failure to monitor or lack of control,” said one former NCAA investigator. “None of that is going to happen this football season, other than the university's calculation about what to impose.”

He is. The NCAA has made clear that ignorance by the HC isn't a defense
