It may not matter one way or the other, but it doesn't seem like the Raps did anything to leak that.
Some random dude saw Masai at the hotel and took pics, that wasn't a Raps leak.
This has nothing to do with the Raptors organization at all, it's a bunch of psycho fans that figured out that he was on a plane through stalking using technology, and happenstance.
