2005 Tenn
2006 Auburn

Wizards-Cavaliers Playoff series the past few years when the whole Wizards team was injured. Would've taken at least one of those series had they been healthy all 3 match ups.

06 Final 4 loss to UCLA (Most pissed off I've been at any LSU sports team probably)

So many small things that cost us that game; and we would have busted USC up

Penn State would have played USC in the NCG (unless you think the confidence/momentum from beating Texas would have carried us against PSU a few weeks later, which I guess is possible, but I don't know if it's likely).

To all the Ohio St fans, I get that the 2006 loss was bad given the undefeated season, Heisman winner, and winning streak; but I'm surprised none of you mentioned the next year when OSU had the chance to redeem themselves, and layed a slightly smaller (but not much smaller) egg against LSU.

The 2007 team was picked 3rd in the Big 10 in preseason. If anything, they overachieved just winning the conference, let alone getting to the NCG. Plus, they at least showed effort and played decent, so I wasn't really that mad after that game.

2006 was a complete disgrace, though, for the reasons I mentioned earlier (lack of effort, lack of preparation, no heart, etc).

Mike Scott was incredible that year, cut ball or not. About 3 weeks before the NLCS, I attended the game where he pitched a no-hitter to clinch the NL West.
i still have my ticket stub

Basketball regional final 1987 vs. Indiana - blew a 9 point lead with less than 2 minutes. I practically had the phone in my hand calling for final four reservations.

This was a very tough loss.

Oklahoma State @ Stillwater First NCAA FCS team taken to OT. We got beat on a 4th and 20 on a go route, our pygmie DB fell down. Then on same drive 4th and 15, we let their All American TE go 65 yards because he ran over our other pygmie DB. Then in OT we hit them for a 20 yd TD they called no good, because the Back Judge said we were out of bounds, when our WR came down in where the Green and Orange meet. 3 plays later, they hit a draw to win it.

2001 World Series. Game 7. The Yankees are up by 2 runs going into the bottom of the 9th with Rivera on the mound. It was a lock -- almost. Arizona wins it on a broken bat bloopper that maybe didn't even reach the outfield grass. From the penthouse to the outhouse in just a few seconds. A sudden and crushing defeat.

Second is the triple ovetime game vs R-kansas -- especially when it looked like it killed LSU's NC hopes. That one was sudden and crushing too. I was there, which made it worse.

Little League game I played in in which we SHOULD have beaten an undefeated team coached by a guy who never called off the dogs against other teams.

Damn teenie-zit faced ump didn't know an infield fly rule from a hole in his arse.

Pro Sports...Watching the 1972 Basketball finals in which the U.S. team got cheated several times. Born in 76 here, but saw the tapes. That slime bag Brit on the sidelines...nuff said.

The Russians sent Pros.

Never seen a tape of a past game? All you have to do is rent one or go online. Review the game. You will be amazed my friend.
