I have an honest question, do HBCUs such as Florida A&M and Bethune-Cookman have a DEI staff? Or did they before Florida slashed the spots?

Has always been the issue IMO. It's not let's ensure everyone is given the same fair shake. It is move the goalposts until everyone has the same results. We should 100% ensure that everyone is afforded the same opportunities despite their race, gender, religion, sexual preference, etc. We should not be hamstrung by bureaucracy and forced to change requirements based off those same identifiers to achieve equal results.

DEI is bad for black people. We need to give the immigrant approach a try; work hard, make sure our kids speak well and focus our education efforts on careers that pay well. It is what we did.

Equity is the horse shite, and siding with the idiots that don't think black people know how to get IDs is idiotic. I believe in equality of opportunity, it's what makes America such a beautiful place to live. Equality of outcomes is disgusting, and takes away the individualism that defines us as a people.
