Victor Oladipo would’ve been mvp if not for injury and china

KJ Kevin Johnson
Definitely has one of my more memorable dunks when he put one on Hakeem. Not many did that to The Dream

KJ was baby S’s favorite player. Great 2 way player from the 80s/90s.

Kyle Lowry is also better than Jrue Holliday.

I guess underappreciated isn't the right word, but I think people forget how good Chris Paul was pre knee injury.

I know I will be called a homer for this, but I think it’s James Harden.

Gay has a reputation for being an empty stats guy and not caring about winning.
I would say Gay was like that for most of his career until the past few years with Pop. He’s been a very effective and efficient player with the Spurs.

Barkley said John Stockton was the most underrated superstar.
The greatness of Rick Barry has been forgotten by many.
Doug Collins is mostly remembered as a coach, but he was an All-Star player.

Has been a beast for a long long time. Quote from battier back when he was 22 playing for OKC.
“He's their most efficient player when you let him get to his whole package,” said Battier. “We just have to keep making him work. Keep him off the foul line and try to keep running him off the 3-point line.”
Even when he was 6th man a guy like battier put him ahead of KD n Russ.

It is Harden but some people will never accept that answer
Other than that, I’d say Joe Ingles. He’s probably like a top 30 player to me if you’re just trying to win games.

Because of this post I’m nominating Kyle Lowry

What did China do to Oladipo?
I'll say it, I think Tim Duncan gets the short shrift a ton. There were people questioning his inclusion in the top ten NBA players ever. Unless you consider Bird a PF, he's easily the best PF in NBA history, was dominant all around and won 5 titles in 3 different decades.

Hmm I feel like the only people who underrate TD are Kobe fans and the other Texas teams. Anyone who had reservations jumped on board when he was playing great and going toe to toe with the Heatles after 20 years in the league.

I hated him, but only because he was that good

Danny Granger was an absolute bucket and was becoming a solid defender before his injuries. Grant Hill is another guy that comes to mind as not being appreciated for how good he was because the latter half of his career was tanked by injuries.
Sam Cassell is another name that comes to mind.
As a huge homer, I'd say Steve Nash. He's greatly respected, but I feel like people don't appreciate the fact that he barely missed out on being a 50/40/90 guy for his entire career. He's actually probably the closest to doing that. He's maybe the most efficient guard ever when you combine that with his playmaking.

A guy that completely changed his game after his injury and had a long career. One guy I was glad to see win those titles with GSW
