Anyone defending must not have seen the video. It was so much milder of a tackle than I was expecting.
Two players were trying to make the tackle so no one got a big hit.
The fact the guy ran directly parallel to the sideline, holding a strange smoke touch, meant he wanted something to happen. He was probably disappointed that he wasn’t assaulted harder.

So, when...the frick...are leagues/teams going to start hammering these idiots that run on the field?
It used to be a drunk guy trying to be funny, but it's obviously developed into way more than that now.
When security/police get hurt chasing them - sue the fricker.
When the game is stopped and resources have to be used to catch the person - sue the fricker.
Until the leagues start holding these idiots accountable, then they will continue to do it.

He risked this the moment he ran on to a football field during an NFL game.
Also, Wagner should be allowed to help make a citizen's arrest here. Especially considering the guy was carrying strange objects. He helped neutralize the idiot. You don't know his intentions.
