I’d be pissed as a brewers fan. For 3 seasons their need was starting pitching and the move they made was to let arguably their best starter in Miley walk

Kind of like I feel about Charlie Morton

@Buster_ESPN
About the Mets: If they trade Syndergaard -- and they are seriously listening -- then they should move Diaz as well, and try to do the sort of re-set and focus on young players that would've made sense last winter.

Heyman-
quote:

Yankees not very involved for Mike Minor who has no-trade to them. They exchanged names in Stroman talks but see him and Robbie Ray as mid-rotation guys. Other options: could wait it out for MadBum (if SF starts to lose) or go heavy with pen, bulking up a strength.

Sooo all that stuff about Yankees being interested in Minor the last week was bs?

Also heyman-

quote:

Yankees do love Syndergaard and like Wheeler but remain dubious Mets would trade with them without drawing to extract a prohibitive haul. Plus, Noah remains pretty unlikely to go anywhere, and Wheeler has to show he’s healthy to go.

Boo this man
