Reds have been an absolute fricking embarrassment the last two nights, giving up 20 and 15 runs to the Cubs. Shameful.

Martín Pérez getting bumped to the bullpen, reports Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News. “It doesn’t mean that’s where he’s going to stay,” manager Bruce Bochy said of the move for Pérez. “But for this time around, that’s the plan.”

Kinda wild the Yankees are in last place in the AL East but would be in first place in the AL Central.

Milwaukee caught us again. Now the Cubs are gonna catch us. 9-11 since the All-Star break. Embarrassing.

Also 14th SB.

He could put together one of the best seasons ever for HR and SB. There have only been four seasons of 50+ HR and 20+ SB.

1955 - Mays - 51-24
1996 - Anderson - 50-21
1998 - Griffey Jr. - 56-20
2007 - Rodriguez - 54-24

What adjustments has Bellinger made that he wasn't making for the past 3 years?

That Anderson season is one of the better fluke seasons I can remember. He never came close to repeating that.

Yes, but your front office didn't do something stupid and make shite deals for shite vets. Enjoy what the season brings, and hope they bring in the players you need in offseason.

no reason to stop a rebuild because you over achieved 1 season, keep building and let younger players be part of it.

buy in the off season, not at the deadline, prices way cheaper in Off season, for a team building and still with holes.
