The Reds, Orioles, and Rangers are all in first place in their respective divisions.

What a season so far.

The Detroit #Tigers are definitely trading starters Eduardo Rodriguez and Michael Lorenzen, it’s simply a case of seeing which team blinks first with their high price tag.

The #WhiteSox are listening to offers on SP Dylan Cease and OF Luis Robert, per @Ken_Rosenthal

Rosenthal notes perception around the industry is that Cease and Robert are untouchable, but rival executives view their willingness to listen to offers as a small opening for a deal.

The full deal, as @Ken_Rosenthal said, is Paul Sewald to the Diamondbacks, with big leaguers Josh Rojas and Dominic Canzone as well as minor league middle infielder Ryan Bliss heading back to the Mariners.

Now that the #Mariners are trading their closer, Paul Sewald, to the Arizona #Dbacks, nothing will stop them from trading outfielder Teoscar Hernandez, either.

The Arizona #Dbacks still are hoping to acquire another reliever as well as a starting pitcher before the trade deadline 24 hours from now.

the cubs had the 2 biggest gems going into deadline weeks.

stroman is a legit top of rotation starter, weight in gold.

bellinger top bat, and can be a big difference maker for a team.

both could of brought back a mother load, to help them get back. keeping them brings false hope, and disappointment. I've seen it, false dreams are just that.

Bo Bichette (right knee discomfort) removed from tonight's game in Toronto.

Bichette's status could impact the Jays' approach to the deadline tomorrow.

Toronto, Paul Dejong is your man. And he has a team option, so you can cut him loose in offseason by not picking it up.

do it!

Several teams who inquired about trading for Boston #RedSox outfielder Alex Verdugo were told the Red Sox plan to keep him through at least this season.
He's a free agent after the 2024 season.
