I hate my life as a Rockies fan

When spring training started, Wacha, Bauer, Gary Sanchez were available to upgrade roster at P and C.

And as a Cub fan I can tell you count on KB missing at least 30 games.

Torn ACL for Hoskins. He'll require surgery.

Isn't their entire payroll less than all these big annual contracts being handed out?

The Marlins will be fitted in Florida Marlins uniforms same as the 1993 team in the organization's inaugural season for Friday home games this season (excluding Lou Gehrig Day and Roberto Clemente Day).

The thin free-agent pitching class just got even thinner with the #STLCards signing All-Star Miles Mikolas to a two-year, $40 million extension.

Sources: Pirates are trying to extend CF Bryan Reynolds, before the season if possible. The Pirates previously had offered about $76M for 6 years but were so far apart Reynolds requested a trade. Bucs want to keep him though. FA after 2025.

German Marquez I think is a free agent at end of this year.

If he is damaged goods, a change of scenery could work.

If you look at the Cincinnati Reds 2023 payroll. You have:

Joey Votto - 25 million
Wil Myers - 6 million
Ken Griffey Jr - 3.6 million

That’s right, Griffey Jr is the 3rd highest paid player on the Reds payroll this season

Jordan Walker -- MLB's No. 4 overall prospect -- has made the #STLCards' Opening Day roster, per team president John Mozeliak.
