The Brewers are getting their stadium upgrades.

quote:

Wisconsin lawmakers approved a plan Tuesday to spend nearly half a billion dollars to help the Milwaukee Brewers repair their stadium over the next three decades, pushing the proposal to Gov. Tony Evers' desk despite arguments that the team has more than enough money and doesn't deserve such a sizable government subsidy.

The Senate approved the legislation on a 19-14 vote. The Assembly followed suit Tuesday evening, passing the proposal 72-26. Evers is expected to sign it into law.

Moreno will be stupid about dealing him to the Dodgers. Especially if you land Ohtani. No chance he lets it happen

Cardinals officially announce 1 year deals for Lance Lynn and Kyle Gibson.

Remain in talks with Gray and Yamamoto.

Man, landing those 2 at the same time would change any team’s fate.

IDK how true this is considering Anthopolous never leaks anything.

This is probably agent talk.

Cardinals receive: Tyler Glasnow

Rays receive: Steven Matz, an MLB outfielder (O'Neill, Carlson, or Burleson), and a lower-end prospect (like McGreevy, Prieto, Bedell, etc.)

Just saw this as a potential trade

thats what some of the projections were saying but never saw any single team linked for more than one year. who knows

either way

on ohtani
quote:

[Passan] Among those confirmed by sources to be still in the bidding: the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, Toronto Blue Jays and Angels. The San Francisco Giants have long had a fondness for Ohtani, though where they stand in these sweepstakes is unknown.
and yamamoto
quote:

[Passan] The Yankees, Mets, Dodgers, Red Sox and Cubs are the favorites to land Yamamoto

He would be a game changer for Toronto if he’s seriously considering going there

More than any other of those teams they feel like the one where he’s actually push them over the hump the next few years
