ts about darn time this starting to happen! I could give two craps if your gay or not but stop shoving this garbage down our throats! Leave that to your boyfreind to do to you! They would throw a hissy fit if we started having straight pride and forced the gays to wear that stuff! Enough with the pandering and stop stealing my tax dollers doing it!

Good for them.

They didn't cancel Pride Night. They cancelled the baseball game.
A baseball organization prioritized the Pride event over the baseball game. Madness.

“As a result, and out of respect for the Pride Community and the York community as a whole, the York Revolution has decided that the game on Thursday, June 18 will be forfeited and that Pride Night will continue on as the feature element of the evening at WellSpan Park.”

Gays are attention whores. It’s so tiring.

You think young guys form Texas, Puerto Rico, Dominican, and Venezuela don’t support gays and trannys? No way

Throwing their own players under the bus in the official PR statement was a choice.
I bet those players can’t wait to get the frick out of there.
quote:
“Unfortunately, several of our players have refused to wear the scheduled Pride Night jersey and the club decided that hosting the event is more important than forcing players to wear jerseys they are not comfortable with and playing the game.”
quote:
“To be clear; this action by the players is completely inconsistent with our vision as the Most Welcoming Place in York.”

Sounds like the players across the sport are revolting against leftist BS.
Good for them. frick those figs for trying to force this on everone.

All to appease a small minority.

It’s the minor leagues. No one is going there for the players
What I would have did is played the game without those players if it was a small number

These articles about players choosing their every day hats over themed ones isn't the big deal the supporters want you to believe it is. They act like every gay at the ballpark is like "frick yeah, rainbow hats! They like us!"
By first pitch nobody gives a shite about a hat like it's in support of them. The only people enraged don't even watch baseball.

What are they going there for then if no game is taking place?... I enjoy the food and side show at minor league parks as much of the next person, but if there’s no players on the field what’s the point? Just go to a gay pride parade instead…

Independent League. Nobody cares.

It’s Independent. Nobody goes.

The average attendance is 3100 per game. It's safe to assume that because it's independent ball, they have zero fans outside of those at the games, and honestly they probably have fewer actual fans than the number of people that show up for various promotions, etc.
The worldwide population that identifies as gay is about 3%.
So this Independent League team held an event to celebrate 93 people.
