Why are sports teams participating in events like this at all? Play ball.

What about military night? What about Star Wars night?

What about nuclear family night?

Normal people can appreciate military night and some good fireworks. Baseball is America. The Stars and Stripes, hot dogs, beer.

The rangers are having faith and family night.
I just want sports teams to stick to sports.

Have any players bitched and moaned about it? Written anything on their hats?

This whole team did this for attention. You’re hearing about York Revolution for the first time ever. Exactly what they wanted.

They’ll stop having Pride nights when gay and trans people aren’t being killed for being gay and trans.

No, the players, and the vast majority of people, support faith and family

It’s almost like the Rangers organization can read the room regarding its employees. Seems like a place I would like to work.

Even black people would laugh at this statement. If you want to be inclusive for marginalized groups, the alphabet army is way down the list. Sure, you guys want us to think you’re at the top, but you aren’t.

I’m a huge baseball fan. I have heard of the team. If you think that guys making $30K a year decided to do this on a whim for some attention, you’re dumber than I thought. The risk/reward isn’t there. You are looking too deeply into the situation.
It’s a group of ballplayers that are fatigued by being used as pawns in some little political game, disguised as a way to make the 3% feel better about attending a baseball game. Oh…and the owner gets to sell merch.
