looking at Google maps at the general area of the wreck, the accident occurred on a multilane highway, 3 lanes in each direction. Right by Joint Base Andrews Air base. Looks a benign area, gentle curves, flat roads, few trees on the side of the road.

Well the period separates the sentences, 200K deaths a year are alcohol related 488 per day.
