He has the special burden of not knowing whether someone is being literal or figurative when they tell him he sucks.
Speaking of that, when will the professionally offended figure out that they should be offended by the use of the word "suck" to equal "bad"?
That presents a dilemma for them - they could get a lot of mileage out of that but they don't really want anybody to think about the cocksucking aspects of gay love.
