That quote is really out of context. I heard the podcast where he said that and he was light-heartedly saying how every team needs some badass enforcer types and they can’t all be nice guys. He didn’t seem like he was disparaging Wilson.
I know he’s an a-hole and everyone wants to shite on him, which is fine. He deserves it. I just don’t think this particular quote is one of those reasons we should.

We all know he's right. You can't win consistently in violent sport like football with a bunch of choir boys like Russell Wilson. You need a few guys from adverse backgrounds that have a certain edge.
