at those comments under the statement article. The fans are with the players in those comments and embrace getting boo’d

It's pathetic and a product of truly believing athletes are above them. It's where athlete worship takes you, to cuckery.

Just goes to show - spending just to spend ain't always the answer. Met's new owner was lauded for his aggressiveness, but look at them now.

The running joke among Cub fans is Javy would swing at pickoff throws to first.

It's so beautiful how fricked up the Mets are

There is nothing they're capable of doing right

mets are gonna met but I dont think the team is fricked up. I think Baez is fricked up and stupid, but the team seems to be taking the toughest stretch of the season pretty well. This season has been historically bad for injuries as well

the mets played 13 games in a row against the Dodgers and Giants, going 2 and 11
what a terrible scheduling job by MLB, however the Mets have one of the easier schedules over the rest of the season

The Mets have the 20th ranked SOS, but the bad news is ATL has 22nd SOS and the Phillies have 30th SOS remaining
so it should be a close race between the Phillies and Barves for the NL East Pennant

As far as MLB scheduling goes, I don't think they had any clue that the Giants were going to have the best record in baseball

regardless how good SF was or wasnt supposed to be, this schedule:

3 at home in NY vs Dodgers
then 3 at SF
then 4 at the Dodgers
then 3 at home in NY vs SF

is seriously fricked up
