I have a feeling Hutchinson will be a bust….relative to his draft position

Not sure why people are shitting on Hutchinson. He looks like an extremely safe pick

He’s one of those guys who looked good against a Big10 schedule, will kill it at the combo but when he played a good SEC (NFLjr) offensive line, he was a nonfactor.

He will have a decent NFL career barring injury but will NEVER come close to what you want out of #1 overall.

He’s grossly overrated

If the Steelers draft Corral, Kevin Colbert should be bound, gagged, and thrown into the Mon River w/a cinder block tied around his ankles.

That would be a terrible pick.

Now Kenny Pickett OTOH...

Malik has “bust” written all over him - will fit with the Redhogs nicely

There's absolutely zero way Detroit doesn't take a QB with #2. Someone will shoot up everyone's draft boards prior to April and will be Goff's replacement in 2023

If I’m Philly I take Picket at 15/16 then flip hurts.

As a fan, I hope the Jags don’t draft Hutchinson.

Honestly, it wouldn’t make sense. I think the Jags need to go OL in the first round and either another OL or WR in the second round. Jags has so many needs but I think the main focus is getting Lawerence protection and finding another offensive weapon.

Smartest thing JAX can do is trade down in the draft and collect draft picks which means they won't do it and draft the shittiest player like Hutchinson.

Hutchinson has gotten an all time draft bump for that one game against Ohio state

So why didn't he get de-bumped after the Orange Bowl.

Because “OH YOUR GOD DID YOU SEE WHAT HE DID AGAINST OHIO STATE!!!!!!! ITS THE GREATEST RIVALRY EVER!!!!! I TOLD YOU THE SEC DOESNT HAVE ALL THE GOOD PLAYERS!!!!!”

He’s also not bad. He’s just not, again in my completely unqualified opinion, number 1 pick worthy. I’m not saying Thibedeaux is either though. It seems like he’s all raw potential.

So this narrative moves a guy up to the #1 pick in the draft?

So all those 6 and 7 figure player personnel directors and GM's just buy into it without question? Interesting

I’m not saying they all buy in. I’m saying the media people and some scouts that do mock drafts do. Also, it’s not like Hutchinson is terrible. I just don’t think he’s #1 pick worthy. Frankly, is anyone really in this draft?

Overall it appears to be a weak draft pool. Offensive line and receivers are probably the deepest and I think the Notre Dame safety will end up being the best player from the first round.

With who? You dumb asses say this every year without realizing another team has to actually want to trade up. And with no QBs worthy of a high pick this year, who is everybody clamoring to trade up with Jacksonville for that they will give up all these picks you suggest they collect?
