Floyd Mayweather Jr. appeared to confuse the meaning of the "Me Too" movement during an interview with Men's Health.

During an interview at CES to promote his new virtual reality boxing game, Mayweather was asked about the "Me Too" movement, which promotes awareness of sexual harassment and assault, and asked, "The who?"

Once told the movement's meaning, Mayweather said he uses the expression "me too" to discuss his wealth.

"When you say 'me too,' my thing is this, when somebody is like, 'I got a Rolls Royce,' I be like 'me too,'" Mayweather said. "When somebody say they got a private jet, I say, 'I got two. Me too.'"

When the interviewer said the meaning of the movement was "very different," Mayweather said, "I didn't know!"

"My me too movement from the beginning was, like, when somebody says they got it, I'll be like, 'me too,'" Mayweather said.

Mayweather has reached the rare status where he could do literally anything and it wouldn't impact his career.

Why would anyone ask that question to someone who is practically mentally challenged?

Of course he doesn’t know about the #metoo movement because he can’t read.

I believe his version of me too was the subject of a clipse song many years ago.

To be fair, I think if he were to say this even 5 years ago it wouldn't matter. Most of his money comes from a male-dominant viewership and fanbase, the backlash wouldn't matter because the average joe would still watch him.

I, for one, am shocked that Floyd Mayweather is not up to date on Sexual Assault awareness.

Floyd Mayweather is not dumb. I am fascinated when people say this. The criteria of of being able to read or not makes him an idiot since its something he should have spent his money on, with tutoring.

But the guy has almost a preternatural understanding of business development and marketing. He's built a company based on us wanting to watch the greatest defensive boxer in history get knocked out. The guy knows exactly whats he's doing when it comes to those two things, boxing and marketing.
