If this is 100 accurate it can be summed up simply as people are assholes. Irvin is an a-hole for repeatedly propositioning her. She’s an a-hole for suing for what amounts to a benign encounter at the end of the day.

Irvin’s no longer an indispensable player for a Super Bowl contender with virtually no one else who can do his job as well as he can. Tons of people can do his current job as well as he can. When you’re an expendable employee, there’s a lot less tolerance for fricking up in your personal life.

You don’t necessarily have to commit a crime to get canned by your employee. Conduct that is inappropriate or embarrassing to the company can be enough.

He went from 0 to 100 with that ‘have a black inside of her “ comment…I highly doubt he said this. Show the full video

Yep. And then she did exactly what he said…she looked him up and visions of $$$ danced in her head.

Classic.

Where’s the video?

Im sure they do, and it doesn't line up with the hotel employee's version of it, otherwise they would have it released already.

I’m not sure what the video is going to do one way or the other. I doubt it will have audio clear enough to hear the encounter

Was he on official Fox business? Or just a guy off duty in the hotel lobby?

No, but all the body language and movements will either back up what she is claiming, or show it was nothing like Irvin said.

For those calling for video release, I agree. Audio? What she claims he said is allegedly. Without audio, the verbiage between the two people are just a he said she said.

That doesn’t matter. Dude represents Fox even if he is off the clock.

My thinking as well. This could all be cleared up one way or the other with the video.
