This sentence is so, so bad. People have been trying to eradicate Jews from the face of the earth for 2000 years.

Yes, there are problems in this country with black and white relations. The extent is up for hot debate, but totally dismissing the plight of an entire race that has been subjugated to slavery and genocide countless times is totally classless.

Could you imagine a white dude saying this and keeping his job for more than 30 minutes?

I wonder when it's all said and done, how many billions of dollars will Malcolm Jenkins and DeSean Jackson cost the NFL?

I actually agree with you on this part.

However, his response to Jackson vs his response to Brees needs to be addressed.

So, if this was the point, I think that's a different thing.

OP just posted the one quote and called him a clown. I don't see that quote as bad. Guys like Malik Jackson and Sharpe defending D Jackson's post, that's bad.

This is a responsible message in response to Jackson, IMO. I think he's right that Jewish people are not the enemy of black people, and I think he's correct in saying Jackson's stupidity took focus off the actual issues Jenkins and BLM want to advocate for.

If the topic is actually comparing his response here to his response to Brees, that's a different thing. I don't even know how he responded to Brees. I just don't think this statement is a clown statement.

correct, i was bringing up a separate topic.

And if you dont know how he responded to Brees you should go watch the video. It's gold.

Dude. Read it again. Go to super liberal Reddit and see how people are reacting to it.

It is an absolutely awful attempt at a "responsible message".

AT BEST, it is completely dismissive.

And it's another in more horseshite responses to outright, blatant, and unarguable hate speech that instead of focusing on the pieces of shite who believe in these things, focuses on empty platitudes about how "we all need to be better". bullshite. I dont need to be better. DeSean Jackson and Malik Jackson need to better and it's a disgrace how they are not being explicitly called out

Fair enough, I didn't follow who attacked Brees except for remembering that Mike Thomas was pretty critical of Brees.

I took a look at a couple of excerpts, and it's obviously far more emotional and angry than this response to Jackson and is much more personally directed to attacking Brees.

Taking a look, I think it's fair to see his two responses as inconsistent. I'd rather he used the tone from this one with Brees.

Jenkins is everything I thought he was. A racist piece of garbage.

I will forever be mad at Sean Payton for bringing that turd back.

Jenkins told Brees in a video message to "SHUT THE frick UP"...

AFTER Brees had called him to personally apologize and find out what he could to make it right.

He said he posted it anyway to prove a point. He is TRASH.

Yeah and in this case he's just dismissive of an entire group of people that have slurs about them and are stereotyped instead of the guy posting Hitler quotes.

Yes, I know they weren't actually quotes from Hitler
