I don’t know if Heimlich did or did not do it. I do know Oregon authorities messed up.
I do know he admitted to doing it over a course of two years for a plea deal.
I do know no way would I or my parents ever admit to that.
4 years old to 6.
He got quite a sweet plea deal. It’s only fitting he suffers the consequences of such actions now. And I don’t wish misery on him, but he did get off way too easy for admitting to such horrific acts against a kid. He was what, 15? I don’t want to cast judgment, but that’s disturbing. I don’t blame anyone uncomfortable with the idea of signing him.

If this happens in Oregon his plea deal would be 10 years. If it goes to trial and found guilty he does 20.
He should thank his lucky stars he has his degree and isn't in prison.

Hi pot meet kettle considering you’re applying that approach currently given all the circumstances surrounding this case, given he’s kept his nose clean since and all that and calling me out, really big of you

Stfu pedo lover.
Eta....sorry but some of us don't forgive certain things no matter how "clean" they appear to be after diddling their little 4 year old niece.
He's supposed to keep his nose clean you dolt. He should get a cookie because he hasn't finger blasted anymore little 4 year old girls?
frick him and frick you.

What about raping a 16 year old girl? Can't have it both ways.
Where did he say he’d take a deal for raping a 16 year old? Why are you saying he can’t have it both ways when he hasn’t argued otherwise?

OSU and the NCAA should be blamed for this conversation to even take place. With the NCAA an athlete can be suspended or banned for drugs, domestic abuse, selling school provided gear, etc. But if you molest a 6 year old it’s cool? No punishment or banishment?
By knowing his background and still allowing this guy to compete was a total failure on the part of the university and the NCAA.
Screw professional baseball, this guy is going to have a tough time finding a job anywhere. Too many people know his story.

Every so often he has a moment of clarity and I have to do a double take to make sure it's the same poster.

It's Taiwan and not China. As far as the league blocking him goes it's prob because of Taiwan's new rule for foreign workers. Last year they started a zero tolerance policy. Someone I tried to hire got a DUI when he was 18 (he's 35 now) and the government rejected his permit.

I can't imagine how bad he is in real life.

If he had only been a substance abuser then the Texas Rangers would have drafted him in a heartbeat.

Yes you’re right, if he had only done drugs, mostly a victimless crime, instead of fingering a 4 year old, he’d have no problems.

That's what Brian Banks plead to. Can't have it both ways.

What does what Brian Banks did have to do with what that poster would personally do? Why do you continue to argue a point that wasn't presented by the guy you responded to? He said he would never plead to molesting a 4 year old. How do you take that comment and jump to Brian Banks pleading to rape as a retort? Had he said "I don't know how anyone would plead to something they didn't do," then you might have a point.

I have taken responsibility for my conduct when I was a teenager. As a 16 year old, I was placed on juvenile court probation and ordered to participate in an individual counseling program. I'm grateful for the counseling I received, and since then, I realized that the only way forward was to work each day on becoming the best person, community member and student I can possibly be. I understand that many people now see me differently, but I hope that I can eventually be judged for the person I am today.
I used to think he probably plead out and the accusations could be completely falsified and planted in the young girl's head by a scorned family member.
But this statement from him sounds like he's guilty AF and acknowledges he needed counseling.

Yeah I kind of forgot he said all that when it came up again this year. I think Lester Earl mentioned it and I went back to find it. Seems like he was okay saying he screwed up but he's making up for it. A year later he's acting like he was railroaded.

Yet he would plead guilty to raping a 16 year old and going to prison for at least 3 years. Makes sense.

The biggest question here is why is this guy still alive.
Touch one of my kids and I’d be the one in court pleading to a deal or going to trial. let’s be realistic jury’s have simpathy for people who take justice into their own hands when dealing with a child molester
