I read that Tennessee would be traveling to BR for a series.

The obvious difference being that the University of Tennessee is actually the University of Tennessee. Not a petulant gel haired, axe body spray covered midget tranny demanding that other's address them as something they're not.

But anywho, Warhawks sweep Tech for the first time since the Millard Fillmore administration. We'll take it.

We don't wear axe body spray anymore you fun-sucking protestant second-class LA citizen. We went back to Acqua Di Gio.

Congrats on winning the I-20 world series.

Damn, do we even care about LA baseball on the MSB anymore?

Cajuns handled Tx State in the SBC tourny last night. Meeting Coastal Carolina tonight in the winners' bracket at 7:30 PM (or 45 minutes after previous game ends).

Think we still need to win the tournament to receive an at-large bid.

SEC Tournament:
LSU v Ark (Winners Bracket Game)

Southland Tournament:
Mcneese v UIW (Elimination Game)
Nichols v Lamar (Winners Bracket Game)
UNO v Northwestern (Winners Bracket Game)

SWAC Tournament:
Grambling v Southern (Winners Bracket Game)

It wasn’t a great year for the state outside of LSU lol

As we learned last year, you don’t want to be one of the last four in or first four out going into your conference tournament if you are a non-P4.

UTSA was the first of the last four in going into the C-USA tournament last year, lost in the bottom of the ninth of the championship and still got left out. Granted, bid stealing was bad last year, I don’t expect this year to be any different with the amount of parity in college baseball

Man I know we aren't where we wanna be in seeking an at-large, but the Cajuns have been fun as hell to watch this year. Deggs has an exciting brand of baseball.

D1baseball seems to think the Cajuns are on the cusp on an at-large:

quote:

AT-LARGE LADDER:
Last four in, first four out, from strongest to weakest:

61. UC Irvine
62. Kansas State
63. Arizona State
64. Notre Dame
—–CUTOFF—–
65. Louisiana
66. Texas State
67. Xavier
68. Arizona

Not going to lie. I went like 2 months without following the sport at all.

Due to some major blunders during the season due to our inconsistent play (like getting swept by James Madison), I think we have to at least make the conference tournament champ game to get an at-large.

Taking that USM series prob cements us in with a conference champ game but now not so sure
